L’idea di Mario Cucinella della Casa 100k verrà realizzata a Lodi, in collaborazione con CRB Impresit
e la Cooperativa Santa Francesca Cabrini 2.
La realizzazione sarà capace di restituire il senso di piacere dell’abitazione e ripagare il costo dell’investimento con l’energia che è in grado di autoprodurre.
La ricerca dello studio Mario Cucinella Architects è stata finalizzata alla realizzazione di una casa da 100 mq a Zero emissioni di CO2, grazie all’impiantistica fotovoltaica integrata architettonicamente, all’utilizzo di superfici captanti energia solare per i mesi invernali, circolazione interna dell’aria per quelli estivi, e a tutte le strategie passive adottabili per rendere l’edificio una macchina bioclimatica.
Il contenimento dei costi di realizzazione è invece affidato all’impiego di prefabbricazione leggera e flessibile: elementi strutturali, apparati tecnici, attrezzature mobili come pareti/pannelli scorrevoli-smontabili-curvabili per la divisione interna degli alloggi; – sistemi di chiusura o tamponamenti monoblocco fatti di componenti sostituibili che possano diversificare l’aspetto esterno, ma anche garantire un’estensione di quello interno (balconi, terrazzini, logge, eccetera).
Il tutto inserito in un framework che costituisca l’ossatura base non invasiva di uno schema aggregativo di abitazioni monofamiliari.
Si arriva così al risultato di una casa componibile che consente di liberare progetti, aspirazioni e stili abitativi diversi.
Sono interessato a questo nuovo genere di soluzioni abitative e chiedo quali possibilità ci sono per ipotizzarne la realizzazione in altre zone d’Italia: esistono già opzioni di questo tipo percorribili a richiesta di singoli privati ? Mi piacerebbe avere più informazioni a proposito.
